Raised Ranch — Terms of Use (EULA)
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These terms are between you and SWS Soluções Digitais LTDA, CNPJ 46.206.875/0001-45, Goiânia/GO, Brazil ("we"). By installing or playing Raised Ranch you accept them. Purchase, payment and refunds of the game and its DLC are handled by Valve under the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
1. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Raised Ranch for non-commercial purposes, on the devices allowed by Steam. The game, its art, music, text and code belong to us or our licensors. Third-party components are listed in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md, shipped with the game.
Test version (before launch): if you get the test version from us, you get a personal, temporary license only to test the game and tell us what you think. The game and your personal test code may not be passed on to anyone, and screenshots or videos may only be published if we agree first. The test version stops opening when the test ends, and we may end a code at any time.
2. In-game purchases (DLC)
The game shows a showcase of extra content (expansions, cosmetics, soundtrack and boosts) that opens the Steam store. You always know what you are buying:
- the effect of each item is written before you buy;
- boosts (for example, faster helpers) apply only to your solo farm, not to co-op;
- the whole game can be finished without buying anything;
- there are no random rewards, loot boxes or in-game currency for sale.
Purchases and refunds follow Steam's rules. The parental lock hides the showcase.
3. Mods and save files
Your solo farm is yours. You may edit your save and make or use mods for personal, non-commercial play. Edited farms are marked and left out of leaderboards and the community goal. You may not distribute the game's assets except inside a mod that requires the original game.
4. Videos and streams
You may record, stream and monetize videos of Raised Ranch without asking us. Please do not sell the game or its assets, or pretend to be us.
5. Friend features and conduct
Co-op and neighborhood work only with your Steam friends, start off and can be blocked by the parental lock. When using them you agree not to:
- use visits, gifts, reactions or co-op to annoy, harass or embarrass anyone;
- engage in, encourage or exchange any content or interaction that violates the rights of children and teenagers;
- cheat against leaderboards and the community goal, or bypass the game's protections;
- try to access data or systems you are not allowed to.
Reports: use the in-game "Report" button or email contato@swstech.com.br. We reply to the reporter within 15 days. How we handle reports is described on the "Safety and reports" page.
Measures: in steps, a warning, removal from leaderboards and the community goal, and suspension of friend features (temporary or permanent). We never take away the solo game you bought. You can ask for a review within 30 days at the same email.
6. Updates and availability
We may update the game. Friend features depend on Steam and may change; if they end, solo play keeps working.
7. Warranty and liability
The game is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
8. Law
These terms follow Brazilian law. Consumers may bring claims in the courts of their own domicile, as consumer law allows.
